Food Stories began it’s journey in 2014 setting out to champion local independent brands and give them a voice in an environment where getting noticed was difficult. With experience in the food industry, and long-standing connections in both the food service and retail sectors, the team were able to build a platform from which brands could be heard. A platform where their stories could be told for them.
In the early years Food Stories focused primarily on the local Northern Irish market, but through the strength and experience of the team, the company were able to quickly establish influence and networks in markets further afield.
Today Food Stories sells products throughout Europe and has listings in the UK, Ireland, Czech Republic, Belgium, Norway, France, Spain & the UAE. The customer base spans multiple industries including food service, independent retail, supermarket multiples, and airlines.
Warehouse locations in Scotland, England, Northern Ireland and Belgium allows the company to deliver market-leading service levels which Food Stories has established a reputation for. This multi-hub infrastructure has also allowed the business to overcome many of the hurdles presented by Brexit and offer solutions to problems many other firms have struggled with.
